Platinum Level Official Sponsorship

As a Platinum level sponsor you would receive the following:         

• Have company logos appear on signage placed throughout the conference area designating as a Platinum sponsor with larger font.
• Have priority selection of a 6 x 2 table located in the conference hallway which can be used to distribute promotional items or marketing material.  Preference selection based on order of registration on website and there is a limit of 16 tables.

• Sponsoring company may distribute promotional items at a preferred table located in the conference foyer as well as in the registration area.  Preference selection is based on order of registration for sponsorship on website.

• Paid registration fees for the conference for two members of your organization. Once you register your sponsorship online, you will receive instructions regarding how to obtain the complimentary registrations for two individuals.
  
• Primary selection for general session speaking slots.  Speakers receive complimentary conference registration.  Speaking slots are not guaranteed as the conference needs to ensure diversity of topics and the speaker form should be completed by the January 24th deadline.
  
• Recognized on Linked In posts about the conference.
  
• May donate a prize(s) to be given away during Tuesday night event.
  
• Receives a full list of all attendee names and addresses.
  

Regarding Exhibits. Sponsors in the past have indicated they appreciate being a sponsor of a major conference without being required to man an exhibit booth.   Being able to attend the sessions allows for better networking opportunities. We'd like for you to enjoy the conference and the beach while you are with us.

If you are a previous year's sponsor, we should already have your logo for inclusion on our recognition materials.  If you are a new sponsor, we will need your logo.
