Two Track Options: Current Events or CTP Exam Preparation
Attendees can elect to either participate in the series of general and concurrent sessions (Current Events Track), which are geared to topics relating to treasury management, or they can participate in the special CTP Exam Prep Track, which is offered to individuals seeking the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification. The CTP Exam Track is also beneficial to those attendees new to the treasury field.
Current Events Track
All general and concurrent sessions (Current Events Track) are open to all attendees and sessions have no specific prerequisites to attend. However, it is recommended that participants have a general knowledge of the subject matter being presented either through formal education and classes or work experience. The session format is group sessions and no advanced preparation is necessary. In keeping with the "green initiative," paper handouts for each session will not be distributed, but will be available for downloading from the website to your laptop or other mobile device.
CTP Exam Prep Track
The CTP Exam Prep Track will follow a formal review course structure. The topics will be presented in a format that mirrors the 6th edition of “The Essentials of Treasury Management.” It is recommended that participants review the book prior to attending, but it is not required. Study outlines will be provided to facilitate note-taking and later review of the material. Practice questions also will be provided for post-conference review to measure comprehension. Sample tests will be given to test your progress.
CCM/CTP/FP&A CREDITS
The 2024 conference was approved for up to 15.69CCM/CTP re-certification credits by the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and 12.3 FP&A re-certification credits by the Association for Financial Professionals. This changes each year as the schedule must be reviewed and approved by AFP. A form will be provided with the conference materials when checking in. Once the schedule is complete, we will update this information for the 2025 conference.
